“CIY SUPERSTART” Student Conference 2026

Madison Church is organizing a trip to a CIY (“Christ In Youth”) event in Omaha, NE for 4th - 6th grade students called “Superstart,” on March 6-7 (HEYYYYY “SIX SEEEVEN”)

This is an overnight conference for students centered on worship and the Bible. We’ll travel to Omaha in a 15-passenger van and stay overnight at a hotel.

Details

• The cost to attend is $100 - (we’ll have students pay for 1 meal (Saturday Lunch)

  • if* you have two 4th-6th Graders in your household, the second student gets in for $50

    • We’ll depart from the Church at 11:30 AM, Friday, March 6

• We’ll return to the church parking lot at approximately 6:30 PM Saturday (the 7th)

• Joel Nielsen, Brianna Erickson, and a few others (tbd) will be the sponsors for the trip.

Schedule

• March 6

  • Depart Church at 11:30 AM

  • Arrive at the hotel and swim (Embassy Suites La Vista, NE)

  • Eat supper at the hotel

  • Arrive at CIY Event Location (Calvary Christian Church, Bellevue, NE) for sessions and small group

  • Return to the hotel ~ 10:30 AM to sleep (…theoretically…)

• March 7

  • Eat breakfast at the hotel

  • 8:00 AM - arrive at CIY Event Location for sessions and small groups

  • 12:30 PM - eat lunch at Spaghetti Works (downtown Omaha)

    • (Students pay for their meal here)

  • 1:30 PM - walk up to Gene Leahy Mall Park and play on a gigantic jungle gym

  • 3:00 PM - depart Omaha to return home

  • ~6:30 PM - return home
